New Professional Development Module in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire starting in September 2021

I am starting a new professional development Course designed for trainees and trained counsellors and Psychotherapists who feel they have gaps in their training in working with traumatised clients.

The programme will be run over 4 Sundays'

Drawing from neurobiolgically informed practise and in particular integrated models of treatment from Pat Ogden and Janina Fisher,

You will gain an understanding of how to
Avoid re-triggering a client,
Help to find stability and self regulation when client's are overwhelmed,
Understanding and deepening resources
Working with the body and processing memory
Understanding attachment and developmental trauma
Rupture and repair in the therapeutic allegiance
